Runescape is a pretty fun and addictive free online RPG game...It has a decent community, great challenging quests and gets updates fairly often. There are some negatives though, mainly you need to pay to access some things and the graphics look like something straight from the '80s. Its good if you play for a little bit , not a game for people who want to play for most of the day . Give this one of the free online RPGs to miss.

Sorry, but your analysis is very shallow. Runescape is indeed a highly addictive MMORPG with a decent community and somewhat older graphics. Nevertheless, it has the second biggest population of players (5M, right after WOW) and still growing. Gameplay, quests and frequent quality updates bring more people in and keep them there. Also long playing hours is not an exception, but a rule. Cheers!
thanks for the comment vaskor but I am looking at it from the FREE RPG side of things. Once you pay it is OK but it's very limited for a FREE game.
Hey the graphics were changed and it does'nt look suckish anymore also free players can do some mini games and goto the wildy and karamja o train or something so i dont get your point.

Yep, do check it out. The graphics have undergone a major update. Full-screen high def is absolutely stunning.
